Inland TechStart Fund (ITF) was formed to provide seed capital investment funds to entreprenuers with great ideas and great promise for improving the economic welfare of our region.
ITF will empower and mentor these early stage companies or entrepreneurs to accelerate their business plans and validate their markets, products, and business model before raising capital from Angel investors or venture capital.
ITF will also help facilitate technology transfer from our educational institutions (Universities) and State funded development organizations. (Sirti, Washington Connect Northwest, Idaho Techconnect, etc.)
By supporting entreprenuerial acticvity in our region ITF will help create a robust, growing, and thriving high tech business base for the Inland Northwest and high paying jobs for the area.
And for the investor involved with ITF it allows them to be involved in a diversified portfolio of start ups and early stage investments selected through a structured process and mentored for success.
